Attendee Type Settings

EventBadge includes the ability to import attendees mapped to a specific attendee type. This enables you to have multiple badge designs for one project - creating a unique experience for different types of attendees.

Custom Fields

EventBadge includes a wide variety of field types for your attendee data. If you have a unique field you want to display on your badge - we have you covered. Use our custom fields to map special badge data for your event.

Background Graphics

With EventBadge you have the ability to set a custom background graphic at the event level. You can also override this setting and set custom graphics for each attendee type you import. Our designer tool lets you quickly flip between these using the attendee type setting so you can preview how each badge type will look.

Style Options

EventBadge lets you customize nearly every aspect of your name badge. You can customize font families, colors, positioning, alignment, images and more including the ability to set different styles for different attendee types. Our grid system enables you to make your badges pixel perfect.

Our designer translates what you design directly to the badges that generate as a PDF.

QR Codes

EventBadge gives you the ability to place QR codes on your name badge. Set what URL you'd like the QR code to open to during your import. Size it to whichever size you need and maximize your event engagement.
